We’re pleased to congratulate 51 Shorewest, REALTORS® associates who completed the six-week Leader’s Edge Training Course run by national real estate industry expert, Chris Leader.
Chris Leader is a highly sought-after speaker, trainer and industry consultant. His boundless energy combined with his exemplary business expertise allows him to train some of the industry’s best professionals. Using his unique combination of real estate and mortgage expertise, Chris provides state-of-the-art training and consultation services for real estate professionals and managers all over North America.
The Leader’s Edge Training program is unique in that it lets sales associates practice as they learn. By having one class a week, students are able to apply the innovative techniques outside the classroom and build upon their knowledge. This results in a high level of action and numbers. This class performed extremely well and their numbers speak for themselves. From the beginning of class until the end, their listings sold went up by 80%, 74% for buyer sales and a whopping 182% for seller listings. Our agents did their homework and went out and made a difference.
